Most yards qualify. We handle slopes up to 35 degrees, multiple zones, and complex obstacles. After the aerial scan we will tell you which zones can be robotic and which need a hand-finish pass from an operator. There is no extra cost if some areas need manual work.
For Year-Round Premium customers we guarantee a clear driveway and primary walkway within 4 hours of snowfall ending, or within 2 hours for accumulations over 6 inches. Snow and Ice plan SLAs are 6 and 4 hours respectively. SLAs are written into your service agreement.
After your free aerial scan we generate a fixed monthly or seasonal rate based on the actual square footage, complexity, and service level. No surprise charges, no per-visit fees. You always know what you are paying.
Our fleet has redundancy. If a unit fails on your property a replacement is dispatched the same day. Our operators also handle any service window that the robotic fleet misses. You get the same outcome regardless of what is on site.
All aerial imagery is property-line cropped, encrypted at rest, and only accessible to you and authorized staff. We do not sell or share imagery. You can request deletion of your scan at any time. We follow all FAA Part 107 commercial drone rules.
